This after-school program is unlike any other. Not only does your child receive the regular school pick up and daily activities, but they also receive four arts lessons each week. Individually these lessons would cost between $120 - $150 a month at most art instruction venues. At COAP, they are given at no additional cost. The 4 arts components of Arts are given once a day from Monday thru Thursday each week. On Friday we celebrate the successful ending of the school week with our "Fun Friday" Activities. The weekly schedule includes:

• School Pick Up (Most Fayetteville - Cumberland County Schools)
• Hot Meal - Not just a snack and a juice but a meal. Most students are hungry when they leave school and if they are going to spend some time studying, they can't do it while hungry.
• Study Period - Whether homework or simply studying for the next quiz, about 45 to 60 minutes is available for such.
• One 30-minute component of Arts instruction is given daily from Monday thru Thursday to include Music Theory Instruction, Piano Instruction, Poetry & Inspiration writing, and Painting on Canvas.
• Recreation Period Daily - Table and board games and some outdoor recreational activities.
• Fun Fridays - Pre-planned special activities
• Parent Pick Up Time is 6 PM. Please call ahead if circumstances may cause you to arrive later. We allowa10 minute grace period.
• NOTE: There is a $1 per minute late fee once the grace period has expired, unless some arrangement was made in advance.

Registration & Supply Fee: $100

Weekly Fee: $150 is Due Every Friday - *** Please Note *** This fee is for EVERY WEEK during the school year as we are also open for most of the days that schools are not in session. On such days, children can be dropped off at 7:30 AM and we will supply breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

During the school year, a calendar will be given to parents at the end of each month for the days that we will not be open in the following month.
